De eerste reviews van de elfde #lemon12 release zijn binnen. En wat voor een reviews! It’s All Indie schrijft: “Lemon have sensationally returned with their vibrant new single, “Let It Out!”. If you were to ask me what their best song to date is (as of today), I’d have to say this”. Klik op de naam van het magazine en lees de complete review. Dat geldt hieronder natuurlijk ook 🙂
Minstens zo enthousiast is de review van Music Arena: “pure, defiant glee”. De schrijver van Nene’s Butler is misschien intussen Lemon-fan geworden, haha. Hij schrijft: “Lemon demonstrate their flair for the interplay of groove, texture and attitude here; they combine stadium-ready energy with intricate arrangements.”.
De review van Plastic Magazine is wat minder uitgebreid, maar ook heel erg fijn: “a stellar new jam from a band that continues to impress on their thrilling musical adventure.”
Rattler Magazine schrijft onder andere: “With “Let It Out!”, they deliver another slice of indie-funk exuberance that pulls from Madchester, soul rock, pop rock, and dance pop, while still sounding unmistakably like Lemon: irreverent, infectious, and somehow joyful in the face of everything.”
Dat is de oogst tot en met vandaag. Binnenkort meer???

Music Is To Blame heeft ook een heel fijne review gepubliceerd: ‘Let It Out’ is a triumphant track for the ages; it’s a song dripping with artistry and pure, unfiltered energy.
MangoWave Magazine: “a true banger”. Ja, de review is een stuk langer, maar die paar woorden zeggen genoeg, toch?
Viviplay: “coiled-spring energy that feels seconds away from either unravelling completely or launching you across the room.” In deze review wordt zelfs een vergelijk gemaakt met een schilderij van Hieronymus Bosch, haha!
